Every product is sent from our workshop in Barcelona the next business day after purchasing.

Do we accept returns?

We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from purchasing or 30 days from receiving your order.

What happens if my bag breaks?
We warranty any manufacture defect within a year from purchasing. We do not cover damage or tear from normal use. Please contact [email protected] and we will help you and guide you in the process. Products may be replaced or reapaired and send it back to you as soon as possible.
